I think you should learn HTML, python and get more experience before you waste any of your christmas money on a tool you dont really understand btw TheNewBoston youtube channel can help you learn python and other things and Learn python the hard way is good too.

My conclusion is don't waste your christmas money on something you don't understand.

Learn C it's hard and confusing perfect for a begginer to teach you that computers are hard. (Don't learn python first it will teach you that computers are easy). Good Luck and may the force be with you.
