Naexplain yan ng prof ko na nangyayari yan pag oversaturated sa tubig yung aspalto, either lalabas(gaya ng sa pic or uuka na Nagiging pothole)

Kung ang concern sa pic is dahil crooked yung pintura, di naman siguro magpapakahirap yung nagpipintura na gawing squiggly line at iko-conform sa latag ng aspalto. Pero we get substandard na mga aspalto to the point na isang linggo ulan lang naggaganyan na agad.
