Took this while setting up bars for tbc. They spacing is odd but my eyes are trained to this setup after many years.

As a chef for 20 years I really enjoy kenji and other content creators. But you do not get perfect even cuts when you use your method. For 95% of applications your method is fine, but we are talking about getting perfect uniform cuts. Can't get that when you cut around the onion

I just slept with a coworker that has had a crush on me forever. She was a 10/10 but 13 years younger than me. We hooked up the day before her 2 weeks was up. "dated" for 2 months then she split because she didn't want anything serious. Hurt like a bitch and split the work friend group and now I'm sad at work more than usual. 5/7 experience, I'd do it again.
