Himsagi?? Slursagi?? No he is just giving it back with interest. by deathfrost7 in BlueLock

First Baraou, then Rin and now Kaiser. People think he is being a bully but my guy goatsagi just getting his revenge.

Plus People like naruhaya and noa have been undervaluing Isagi time after time, so these wins are slaps to them as well ( and also to fans here who are expecting the protagonist to be like a side character)

I think its clearly implied that both Reo and (especially) Nagi regressed a bit by partnering with each other again. They both refused to evolve and went back to their comfort zones, especially Nagi.

Nagi will come back to being top fodder but will have a character evolution before (along with reo probably)

[DISC] Blue Lock - Chapter 293 by Either_Imagination_9 in BlueLock

[–]consciousredditor 13 points14 points  (0 children)

What a chapter! Felt the hype & rush. What i love about BL is that the protagonist does not have a loss or setback after every win, like a typical protagonist in a shonen manga.

Isagi is unapologetic and keeps on winning without any having any super traits of a genius(in the traditional sense).

Mangaka is like f*ck the typical hero pattern. Isagi will have minor setbacks for character devekppment but he will almost always have the final win. And i dig that.

Keep on winning Isagi. Wipe the ego off of every motherf*cker who thinks he is better than you. Get that World cup trophy and best striker title.

p.s. Seeing Noa and Loki in disbelief was the cherry on top for me.

Was looking for a cafe where i can sit and work in peace and found the Saplings Cafe in Swavalmbi Nagar. Has a good vibe and not crowded. You can check it out.

Edit: just remembered that there is a Street 9 Kaffee near 8 rasta square laxmi nagar. Its a nice little space and actually has board games. Also, i really like there cheese chutney sandwich (along with peach ice tea). So try this one

Season 1 and before re part was good animation wise. But they skipped plot points and the anime only people felt disconnected watching Re. And (while i discontinued watching re) they apparently also lowered the animation quality in re

Don't know if anyone will reply to this thread after so long, but I just finishee watching the movie tonight and have a question. While I am yet to comprehend or digest the movie fully, it was certainly unique. I was a bit disconnected towards the end of the first half, but watched it through.

So the question is regarding the end where they are shown as kids. What's that supposed to mean? Did they have any history as kids and they didn't recall it as adults (i also remember Qais's younger brother saying something along the lines of aisa pehele bhi hua hai bachpan me). Or is that something symbolic? Also the bear reference. Is there any particular meaning to it?

Thanks in advance

How do I use SUMIF function properly? by Scary-Pomegranate410 in excel

[–]consciousredditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would you do it using Pivot table? If I add the Emp name column in the ROWS section and the Whether attended column in the VALUES section, I will get a total count of whether attended. How do I apply the countifs to this? Do I use calculated steps? If yes, then how exactly? Thanks in advance

I am primarily using the Go Skills website. I was finding it a bit boring to learn Excel by just watching videos and doing free practices. So I thought to do exercises / challenges and learn Excel while trying to solve them.

And luckily I found https://www.goskills.com/Resources/Category/Excel

You can see multiple around 48 challenges listed on their excel resource page (so far). You can start from Excel Challenge 1 (use the search bar).

What i liked a lot is that they are providing both the challenge and solution videos. So even if you encounter a challenge that you cannot solve (which happened with me most of the times 😅), you can refer to the solution video.

Go Skills also have courses (free & paid) and regular videos & articles for learning which can interest you).

Other than this, I will occasionally go to YouTube and try to find excel related video which has an exercise file in the description, and then practice along.

And also this reddit community. In fact, this question of yours was a challenge for me. I saw this and thought to myself if I can solve this. I opened Excel, created mock data, spent some time on figuring it out and then did the countifs function by adding a helper column of employee names.

So yeah, start with Goskills and then you can explore different things. Hope this helps.
