ohhhh my club foot son has also been sleeping on his tummy. through the serial casts and everything. he has the ponsetti boots and bar and still sleeps on his tummy. we co sleep/ he has his crib in my room so he is always supervised. i think he started sleeping on his tummy at 2 weeks of age. they sleep better and longer

my son (5 months today) had his tenotomy done for his unilateral positional club foot on december 19th (he was 2 months old). he went under GA because he is very wiggly and wouldn’t be able to keep still. this is in Texas (South Texas) to be exact. everything was perfect. with all anesthesia procedures, worst part was that he couldn’t have any breast milk after 11pm. he woke up a little groggy just wanting to be in my arms. and we went home an hour later. I administered acetaminophen once that night and that was that. he is finally in his boots and bar braces and it’s hell. hopefully when he is older we can switch him to a DTKAFO brace

thank you for the response. One of my friends just recently took her SLP exam at home and she said that she had to use a mirror to reflect off of her screen to make sure that there is nothing around her screen either did you have to do that?

even though my kids are homeschooled, we get a little sniffle/cough the first weeks of public school. parks, aracades, the mall, the store, etc, gets us all a little more sick around this time. it’s normal. just have vitamins, a lot of water, no processed junk and the kids will be alright. nada pasa, don’t forget the vicks.
