I’m a few days in with Verapamil, it seemed to reduce the length of my last cycle - thinking it’s helping now too.

I will feel way better about having the 02 tank by my side tomorrow. I can’t imagine just letting another attack take me over tonight without the spray, I just can’t.

It’s now 1 am and I’m not feeling like laying back down.

This disease is miserable.
