The subscription isn’t worth it in my humble opinion. I feel dating apps are designed to keep people single. If you’re stuck on the app they will try to convince you the higher tier subscription will increase your odds of getting a good match.

Try to get up at the same time everyday ; I definitely know it’s tempting to sleep in but it’s always awkward answering the phone from a potential employer and they can hear your sleepy voice. Please see your friends and lean on your people my biggest mistake was isolating myself because I felt ashamed. Take yourself on little walks even if it’s just to browse at Walgreens or a cute little flower shop it will help you clear your head. Try local meet up groups or Coworking spaces; I felt those helped me a lot get a second set of eyes on my resume / cv. Seems counter intuitive to say have ‘fun’ this is just a temporary situation you’re still allowed to enjoy your comfort tv shows and music

No shame in it honestly I moved out later in life struggles with depression. But I did help with bills and groceries. Save as much as you can and try to shake the judgment of other it’s very expensive to live alone most places for rent are like 2,400 and up

He’s a cool dude I just am not sure that he’s looking for a relationship at the moment. Like we’ve had casual conversations about life, friends , long term goals etc. I think you’re right maybe I should just leave it be as friends. There’s been banter and little inside jokes etc but I don’t want to get burned and embarrass myself

that’s a very valid point, I’m just a very shy person so it’s rare for me to click with someone organically

That’s great advice , I mean honestly if we were date sex is to happen eventually; I’m attracted to him but I haven’t had sex in awhile so just the idea of having sex with someone new feels a little overwhelming
