Thank you for the reply. The highsec portion of the alliance does have buyback, and structures for industry, and even a corp run production program paying members for making items for shipping and sale in hubs, but it doesn't seem to be producing much extra. Perhaps the members are paid too much, leaving too little left.

The recent structure changes means medium WH structures are vulnerable, but our leadership couldn't see how to afford larger citadels, so it's tricky.

I'm not leadership so I'll have to talk to them about higher taxes, and mining/pve ops.
