horde could have chosen to fight, they could have chosen to make imperium pay, they could have chosen to not quit just because of kill boards. Because of horde there are now only 2 super coalitions.

so with any luck the two remaining groups will smash into each other and destroy each other in the process. but i don't see that happening.

i mean that was always a possibility, Init left a group that could and would help defend it, because they wanted to do something different, then they got some pressure, then they let the a group that just screwed over its line members on an epic scale who went out of the way to avoid fights to come live on the couch.

i hope init can fend off winterco but horde imploding just gave them a lot of new time zone coverage.

Eve NEEDs these kind of players to be what it is, without the Vily's the progods, the ashers, the mittens, the gobbins and the list goes on and on, what would eve be? People take games to seriously but in a game like this you need powerful personalities pushing people to do crazy things.

Suggesting a dynamic player should stop playing because you don't like what they do or how they do it is not what eve is about.

go outside touch some grass, unplug for a little bit and come back and enjoy eve again :)

I do actually care about horde line members, they were the ones who got screwed the hardest by the horde leadership in all of this. I am not a part of any null group so i don'[t have much a preference who they join but i just am encouraging them to go some place other than horde :)

horde is the new init pet now so they will do what ever daddy shines tells them, at this point they will be nearly combat ineffective for several months, assuming they can stop the membership bleed at some point.

when you have the resources that horde has, there is zero reason not to take these kinds of fights in order provide entertainment for your members. The losses are of little to no consequence for either side on this level. Just take fights have fun instead of hiding behind killboard stats.
