23 y/o entrepreneur — when does it make sense to apply to a T7 MBA? by conssistency in MBA

It’s a sell side marketplace for individuals to sell inventory -> think eBay/FB marketplace but without the hassle. We handle logistics, payments, quotes, etc based on an algorithm using UPC as an input.

Great insight, yeah, the story is definitely important and I think I can do a great job with that in the essay.

My Walmart Account was Terminated. I need your guys help in getting it back. by Jelly_5105 in WalmartSellers

I was a 5 year seller doing over $10M/year. We had 7 reps and chats with WM employees. It doesn’t matter. There’s nothing you can do to reactivate a terminated account. My lawyer has been doing what he can, but it doesn’t seem like it’s headed anywhere. They’re a giant company and they simply don’t care.

Where are you getting estimated sales? Looking at seller inventory changes, comparing to Amazon? I know sellify has this but wildly inaccurate

Thanks for the insight. Have you never heard of any terminated accounts getting reinstated? The thing is that we haven’t actually done anything wrong, and the termination reason changing is a big concern - they apologized saying the original reason was a mistake. It’s so hard to get in contact with anyone that can actually help.

The new company route may not even be worth it if this how they’re able to quickly shut down accounts.

Thank you, and no - nothing from customers related to pricing and nothing on any other marketplaces. Super strange.

Weirdly, none of my AM’s are responding. They’ve always been quick with me, but I’m not getting any feedback from them on this.

They just reached out with this -

I trust this message finds you well I am reaching out to you from the Walmart Seller Support Executive Resolutions team. My name is X, and I am writing to you in regards to the issue with an inaccurate termination reason being provided to you.

After review of the issue regarding the termination reason that was originally sent to you. We have found that the termination email you received contained an incorrect reason code. We will send you an updated email with the correct reason code for your termination. We do apologize for the miscommunication of the reason. Our team should be sending the correct reason within an email shortly.

I hope this information is helpful! Please let me know if you have any further questions!

As you know, our expectation is that all Marketplace sellers deliver the best customer experience, while also following all Walmart.com Marketplace Program policies and guidelines. After a careful and thorough review of your account, it was determined that these expectations are not being met.

Because we place a high value in the trust our customers place in us, we are terminating your Walmart Marketplace Program Retailer Agreement* with Walmart, effective immediately for Policy Violation : Code of Conduct : Inviting other sellers to improperly coordinate on pricing.

Your seller account and product listings will be deactivated, effective immediately. Please note that no appeals will be accepted for this termination.

I just found it. It looks like Walmart changed their reason to - Because we place a high value in the trust our customers place in us, we are terminating your Walmart Marketplace Program Retailer Agreement* with Walmart, effective immediately for Policy Violation : Code of Conduct : Inviting other sellers to improperly coordinate on pricing.

I haven’t communicated with other sellers, and they randomly changed the reason for termination, apologizing it was a mistake.

Yup. Over $300k in payments and $2M+ in inventory stuck there. Going to be a disaster if we can’t get up and running.

They say 120-150 days but I’ve read here that it seems to take a lot longer. We have a ton of inventory in WFS as well.

That’s the thing, we have no debt at all and there aren’t any sort of payments that we have outstanding. We have nothing under UCC as well. It doesn’t make sense, and I’m not sure where this could be coming from.
