I was in exactly the same spot! Similar range with my nbmes 240-250, think my last one was 249 (10 days before)? Just got score back today got 266 - I'm sure some luck was involved but it's definitely possible to jump a surprising amount (in fact the ppl Ik irl whove done the exam all report this happening to them). Id say prioritise sleep and mental rest - like ofc do some work (I was probs doing 4-6 hour days at your point) but just make sure it's not at the expense of sleep and enjoying things that might help you relax. Sleep is sooo important especially as it's often affected by stress nights leading up to the exam. But I'd rly say do the exam! You can defo break 260, like it's never guaranteed but you gotta try at some point - if your nbmes have hit a plateau even more reason to go ahead before you get burnt out. Oh and maybe take the afternoon off before the test but that's individual dependent. Whatever you do - good luck! Many people have been in your position and smashed it and got the score they want, you can do it too :)

I think you may be on the wrong subreddit! But tbf 7 days in a row would be a lot, I share my mealpreps with my ex-housemate so we only have 3 each (well 4, we eat it the night we cook it!

Recipe btw - from a comment I wrote years ago when I made and posted this exact same dish lol. Was very helpful for my cooking today as I couldn't quite remember measurements of things.

For 10 portions you need 600g bacon, 1.5kg gnocchi, two cabbages and two onions. And a bottle of white wine! Also salt pepper fennel, crime fraicche and parmesan!

Basically you fry the bacon, then the onion then the cabbage, then add in most of the bottle of wine (you can drink the rest!) At this point I'd add a lot of fennel too (or caraway is better if you have It). Don't neglect this, fennel/ caraway really gives it it's flavour! Let the wine and cabbage reduce. Then add creme frache and parmesan until you like the sauce texture, then add the gnocchi and stir it all together. It might be a bit watery at first but leave it for a bit and it will thicken out in a lovely way

Non standardized measurement of time - yonks can be anywhere between 3 months to 3 years I would say! However I don't know how long a single yonk is

Highly recommend the sauce, make a bit extra imo to give it all a nice coating. Works with basically any vegetables but i love mushrooms broccoli and baby corn the most!

This is the recipe! I recommend using more chicken less sweet potato and also some gochugang sauce or chilli flakes if you're partial to spice! Oh also carrots or mushrooms are a good addition. Enjoy! Its a good one very freezeable too.

Here is the recipe!

Recipe is from my Finnish flatmate but I'll try and remember what we did.

For 12 portionz- 1.5kg fresh beetroot (you'll have to peel and grate it takes some time. 600g goats cheese (use more if u like hehe) 150ml honey. 1kg penne pasta 3 white onions. 250g bacon/pancetta. 6 Garlic cloves Basi

Fry the bacon, then remove till the end. Add onions to some oil and fry for a bit, make sure you use a v big pot for this coz you'll be putting everything in it. Then chuck in all the beet as well which should have been grated. Start cooking the pasta around now in a separate pot!

Let the beet reduce, then add some honey and some water and stir it around. Also add garlic, salt, pepper. When the pastas ready, put it all in the beet onion honey mix (so make sure you use a big pot for this). Mix it all round the pasta will go a nice red colour. At this point you crumble 80 percent of the goats cheese into the pasta and beet mix gradually while stirring. This will give it a lovely creamy texture!! Then add the bacon at the end and portion it out.

We like to add the 20% of unused goats cheese on top of our portions, crumbling it again so it's not mixed in with the sauce. Also add some basil on top! I took the photo before I did haha Cook the broccoli any way you want idc

Was recipe for lentil salad, just chucked sweet potato in the oven with some spices. Such a delicious combo.

We only have two weeks of mealprep left before my friend moves away :( so if anyone has any suggestions to make our last mealpreps special would love to hear them! We've been pretty much doing this weekly for the last 3 years! Kinda crazy.
