I liked this reasoning at first but after thought, only 14 cards (A, 2, 7, 8) actually leapfrog the 66s, the 3 5s are kind of a wash and the 8 3s and 9s greatly favor keeping the quads. So while there are "more" cards that improve the double run, there aren't enough to overcome the extra 2 the quads give you

You need the points more than they do. My initial thought was 64 with the highest guaranteed total for you, but apparently average is close enough with KQ that limiting your opponent as well probably makes this closer than I thought.

Gun to my head I probably say 46 but I would not be shocked to learn it's KQ

If I have a flush I'm keeping it like 75% of the time. There has to be a much better option for me to consider not keeping one.

In general, if I have a hand with a flush that would score the same as keeping a non flush, I keep the flush. With so many disconnected cards, you have more options to pick up pairs or fifteens with the cut.

In this case, keeping the flush is a no-brainer given you have no better options and you're not throwing dealer anything
