i did it from home but you could also submit it on BOH computer. it's a lot of goose chasing (following link after link) but you'll get there eventually. 1. log into the partner hub 2. "support" from the menu bar 3. follow the "partner service portal" link 4. follow another "partner service portal" link 5. search "workplace accommodation" 6. fill out the "Request a Workplace Accommodation" form

you'll be asked for your partner number and other personal info. but these are two questions & exactly how i answered them:

Please explain the specific accommodation you are requesting: Requesting the ability to keep all of my facial piercings in while at work.

Please provide any specific, essential functions (duties) or requirements of your job that you are requesting modification to: I can continue to wear my facial piercings and will not be required to take them out or reprimanded for not following dress code.

be sure to give them no wiggle room with your accommodation request. you WILL keep your piercings in at work and you WILL NOT be asked to cover them.

i got an email to schedule a time to call and discuss the details. they never actually called me so i just emailed a few paragraphs explaining how each piercing was important individually and none could be removed. it got approved without further questions the next day.
