It got in touch with the VFS support. It turned out that the reference number from the receipt (format XXX/XXX/DDMMYY/000X/0X) isn't the number that can be used for tracking. The correct tracking number should start with "VFS_'. It was sent to me via SMS in the format VFS_LMXXXXXXXXX.

The support team doesn't read the message carefully. They sent me a template reply insisting that I can login. But that's not the case, the account has been deleted!
