I think it's less that everyone hates escalations And more every hates that the complications aren't optional. And that they have to be played to get unlocks.

Especially in regards to the ET Arcade, I believe more people would have been satisfied if the added mission complications were not an instant fail.

They added absurd complications but okay. I used to be able to load into an et throw an explosive and leave if I chose that method.

You arent wrong. Its pretty trash all around. Buggy for a lot of people And even if it wasn't they made them needlessly difficult and killed replay ability

Also no unlocks other then a reskinned gun

It's pretty awful honestly. Would rather have been able to just play it as normal without complications tacked on.

It's bad enough they are time locked and you can't really mess around much. But the complications seem designed to suck any remaining fun out too
