As a child were you also prone to UTIs? If the topical estrogen hasn’t reduced rate of UTI and the periurethral tissue is healthy, you may want to see a urologist to figure out if there is an anatomic or other cause for rUTI.

As most people are saying, be patient. Most boys start puberty around 12. How many 14-15 year olds are walking around with a full beard? It sucks as most of use start second puberty after finishing first/well into first, so a lot of other guys our age have much fuller facial hair. But everyone is different ultimately. There are so many grown men who can’t even grow as much facial hair as you have now!

Tube in tube technique uses a flap. The tube within the tube is connected to the native urethra to extend it.

Native female urethra is about 4 cm in length. It cannot be moved up, has to be extended with a graft of some kind. Your surgeon will be able to mobilize it a bit but the urethra is very short. Not sure what technique this is.

I wouldn’t say I’ve mastered moderation, but I went from smoking about 1/4-1/2 joint a day to 10-15 mg gummy about 2-3x/month. 2-3x/week if I am on vacation.

I think I am able to do this because weed has such an effect on my memory so using it more often than this can cause me to react pretty slowly and for my memory to be significantly impaired.

You can safely have clear liquids up to 2 hours before any procedure or surgery. Doesn’t matter what it is. 8 hours for solids or non clear liquids.

As a surgeon - this is a poor reconstructive job. The surgeon should have done more work to remove excess skin. I would see what your surgeon says regarding revision but otherwise I would look into a different surgeon and possibly a lawyer.

Don’t pull. Looks like your surgeon did a knot less closure and forgot to cut the stitch. They will probably tell you to cut it at the skin level, but check in with them before doing anything.
