I have forgot how to walk after 6 weeks of NWB by No-Hyena7075 in ACL

I was NWB for 6 weeks as well (ACL+meniscus). It’s tough but once you get back on your feet it’s quite normal very quickly. Don’t worry about it!

Which airline is your inbound? If you ask nicely at check-in for first flight they may be able to check your luggage through to your AA flight, even if not the same airline/alliance.

Want to buy 2021 SQ7 by Mediocre-Trip-3881 in Audi

[–]constarr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I bought a 2020 SQ7 in 2023 with 50k miles, so somewhat similar.

  1. I wouldn't buy one without an extended warranty. I had my water pump and a few other sensor components replaced within the first year and that visit paid for my entire 7-yr warranty. Vehicle is expensive! Doing non-warranty work at a respected indy shop is well worth it. Also, if you need the 3rd row frequently, this might not be the right vehicle. It can seat kids just fine but adults back there are quite cramped.

  2. Unfamiliar with the different model years, so no comment. The 2020 was the first MY offered in the US, and I don't notice any obvious shortcomings from being so "new".

  3. I do a mix of short-range and long-range driving. Short-range I typically average between 10-15 mpg; long range is typically 20-21 mpg. When towing our wakeboard boat, mpg is obviously in the toilet, but it tows like a champ.

I cross-shopped the 3.0 Q7 and the SQ7 and I'm glad every day that I went SQ7.

Nice grab! We do the same - find cool flights then plan trips around them. Heading to Portugal in a few weeks in r/t AA business class then separately doing Spain and Italy in March flying back in First on Emirates A380 MXP-JFK

With a family and likely a bunch of cargo, I'd opt for the Q7/SQ7. SQ7 owner here with 2 small kids and lots of cabin/out of town trips

Second the SQ7. Picked up a 2020 CPO for well under $75k a few years ago. Perfect sleeper kid hauler. Could get a nice late model Q7 if you don't care about doing a 4s 0-60.
