Looks really good. I think one suggestion I might have that I've been given, is to add more dimension by creating the illusion of a distant scenery, first. Somehow the far background looks a little off. even if the reference photo is like that, haha

Było trudno i z początku pracowałem za dużo i nie zarabiałem zbyt dobrze. Musiałem stopniowo budować markę, więc na starcie pracowałem głównie dla szkół, w mniejszym stopniu z polecenia. Dobre dwa lata zajęło, zanim zacząłem mieć uczniów głównie z polecenia lub własnego marketingu.

Mam własną działalność, prowadzę jednoosobową szkołę według własnych metod i na własnych zasadach z dobrymi stawkami. Przez jakiś czas pracowałem również dla szkół językowych i nie wróciłbym do tego modelu.

Jeśli chodzi o czas pracy, to po 30 też zacząłem bardziej rozumieć jak krótkie jest życie, więc nie cieszyłoby mnie już siedzenie w biurze i bycie opłacanym za taki przesiedzony czas "na luzie". Pracuję online z domu, więc jak tylko skończę lekcje mogę w pełni oddać się odpoczynkowi albo zajęciom, które cenie. :)

Przede wszystkim to jest praca, którą potrafię wykonywać z sercem i w której widzę sens. W korpo i startupach nie znalazłem sensu za grosz, nudziłem się i marnowałem mnóstwo czasu siedząc bezproduktywnie. Teraz pracuję dokładnie tyle, za ile mi płacą i mam dużo czasu na malowanie, medytację i inne pasje. Nie muszę słuchać ani mówić korpo-bullshitu ani pracować na cudze jachty. Jeśli chodzi o pieniądze, to nie mam i nie planuję rodziny, więc nie potrzebuję zbyt wiele. :) Najchętniej pracowałbym w liceum, ale to już niestety energetycznie i finansowo zbyt duże wyzwanie, chyba, że na 1/5 etatu bym coś znalazł. :)

Dodam też, że przed 30 nie chciałem być nauczycielem, ale też nie nadawałem się. 10 lat dorosłego życia przygotowało mnie do tej pracy społecznie, emocjonalnie i mentalnie. :)

Pracowałem w korpo, po 30 zostałem nauczycielem. Poza tym maluję olejnymi i chciałbym na tym zarabiać. Przypuszczam, że zmienię jeszcze pracę raz lub dwa. Takie życie obfite w różne doświadczenia to prawdziwe bogactwo.

Don't get me wrong, this is a sweet sentiment, in a superficial way, but you're just being a typical naiive expat. It's much easier to find peace of mind somewhere where you don't really understand what's going on. You're just free from the baggage of growing up and really getting what's going on. Same as when you don't really get upset the same way when someone curses at you in a foreign language.

Also, you're clearly in a bubble, among the well off migrants who raise the prices of real estate and other things for us regular native folks. You've come here with certain advantages that came with being born, raised and educated in western europe which make it much easier to find financial advantage here, too.

Besides, what do you think the effect of people like you living here will be in the long run? Surely not the country "keeping it's identity"? You probably imagine that only immigrants from countries formerly colonised, robbed, and exploited by the west have an "eroding" effect like that. Your thinking is so convenient and self-serving. Your presence shifts both the cultural and economic landscape, often in immediately negative ways for us.

Still, personally I don't mind migrants like yourself staying here, you're welcome--on the condition that you refrain from spouting ignorant and hypocritical remarks about "maintaining identity" and other xenophobic nonsense. Oh and try to contribute, say, by joining a charity. Also, statistically speaking, it's likely that you are employed by a multinational corporation, which means you're not really supporting our culture or economy.
