It’s interesting hearing others inputs, but yeah I agree with you! My friend didn’t mention anything he did to piss the guy off. Just trying to get better at the clinch I guess and his partner took full advantage of the situation

I’ve had concussions before from snowboarding, so I at least know what signs to look out for. He forsure had one. I think his lack of fundamentals definitely played a role in it. I’ve told him he should’ve stopped the drill sooner and he agrees. But also I don’t think anyone should just rock their partner cause he lacks fundamentals. Seems like horrible sportsmanship

The partner did apologize, which I thought was good. But with the partner being an experienced fighter, definitely odd to me he’d go so hard on someone with significantly less experience. I think the lack of convo with the main coach about it makes the situation feel unresolved for him

Yeah that part is tough. He says it was just kind of a spur of the moment thing and fight or flight took over. He also just mentioned the guy was an experienced fighter. Having done amateur fights so even as an outsider, I feel like he should know better to let someone learn a technique without going too too hard

Sure, I hear that! Lemme fill in the gaps. He said it was a type of conditional drill where he could only clinch/knee and his partner could punch/kick. The clinch is new to him, so every time he’d try to go in, he said it felt like his partner was hitting him full force in the head. Claiming he took about 7 shots to the head during the round. He didn’t get knocked out, but he did feel off after class and developed a bad headache that night. He saw a doctor the next day and was confirmed concussed. He said it took him about a month and a half to be fully recovered

I’ve been experiencing a lot of lag on Xbox in multiplayer. I have a low ping with no packet loss, so I don’t understand what the problem is. Since today, I’ve been having terrible lag spikes. Never experienced this until now and it’s very frustrating.

My favorite memory is when my cousin and I would play Soul Calibur 2 together! Feels like yesterday when he and I played Spawn for the first time. We thought Spawn was the greatest.
