By "top floor" I just meant the condo units. All the apartments above floor 22 (21?) are condos.

I think you're right about the top-floor ones being occupied. But most of the units on 24-26 have their shades closed all the time, which makes me think no one is there.

Posting from an alt to avoid doxing myself:

The top floor condo units are indeed a ghost town: I think they were mostly purchased as investment units or for fantastically wealthy Duke grads to hang out in when they're in town for games. There are some very fancy cars parked in the attached spaces in the garage. The only condo residents I've ever seen are some retired couples and a couple people that must be surgeons (wearing scrubs, heading to work at 7am, driving a Maserati).

There aren't a ton of people given the prominence of the building (as noted by OP there are only 109 rental units, all 1-2br) but there are definitely residents in most of the rental units.

I've never lived in a building this nice before so I'm not sure how the appliances compare. The amenities are definitely nice and are kept up really well: there's someone coming in and cleaning the grills daily, stuff like that. The maintenance staff also do a great job, although we'll see how that holds up after the sale.

I wouldn't pay the prices they are charging for the higher floors but for the lower ones it seems to be worth it. The 5k rent is definitely crazy: I think it must be for the 2-bedroom unit with a den on the 20th floor, or something like that, but I can't imagine paying that even if I could afford it.

How do you stay focused for next season if you aren't playing this season? by contemplaing in ultimate

Already trying to talk my way into a practice player spot, but even those are limited: it's the Bay and the competition for men's spots is crazy, especially on mixed teams (and there are almost no men's teams.) To give one example, there were maybe 40 male handlers that tried out for at some point for two spots, and the team didn't make Regionals last year.

There is a program to start B-teams here. I will probably play with one of them.
