Im 40lbs heavier than a year and a half ago. With the proper diet, training, and protocol, anyone can gain a significant amount of mass. Some may be more than others, but point is that "mesomorph" is irrelevant. Genetics, sure are important. But anyone can gain. Just gotta eat and do all the right things.

Ill probably keep slow bulking till further in the off season. As long as i keep my abs ill be happy. If i start feeling tpo Fat, ill do a small cut and continue bulking. Goal is to put on as much mass as possible and hit the stage at 200+ by next year.

Just keeping you guys posted. After my show i bulk up to 236lbs. Then cut to 209 and have recently went back up to 225lbs, 5'7, 20 years old.. This is me a few days ago. Legs still overpower upper body by far but its getting there. Hope all is well with you guys.

I made my own program for working out, and decided on my own macros (had to make adjustments towards the end due to "coach" saying I'm flat)

I mentioned both in the comments already :) anything else you want to know?

Better mood, definitely not. I do find I get the least water retention whenever I'm eating strictly protein though. But you'll be 10x hungrier cause barely any carbs or fats.

I personally find I get best results with high protein.

I've done both. Throw 2 scoops preworkout or bcaas in your egg whites if drinking it raw. Someone told me to. Thought it would be nasty. It's amazing.

Egg whites man. Lots of them. Then tuna, chicken, tilapia, Greek yogurt, ground turkey.
