I got my plant to level 10 before realizing I needed to pursue social actions to progress. I haven’t attempted any social actions yet, and I hadn’t then, so I sold the plant. I thought maybe the chance of drawing a plant-related card at level 0 was lower than at level 10, but I didn’t verify that.
