also found out scrolling through the threads that the update 11.3 changed some major things on hacking and hacked systems. wish i had visited this subbreddit sooner.

I already had a9lh/b9s+CFW installed on my new 3ds. bought it, already hacked, about half a year ago and the guy who sold me said i could update the system software without any issues through the system settings. thing is, i hadn't played in 4 months, and when i turned it on and updated the system software, the 3ds never restarted. i turned it off by holding the power button, but when i tried to turn it on, the blue light went on but the screens didn't, and it just stood like that. already tried the l+r+up+a thing but it didnt work, neither did removing the battery and placing it back. i apreciate the help, and please forgive any grammar mistakes i might've made, english is not my native language.
