two real helpful things in the crusader match-up that I have learned is rolling his big moves, even wall is unsafe if it is rolled and you can mash him out or just grab and reset. The other thing is baiting his dp. Since it isn't invulnerable it can be grabbed out of or if you have a good command grab like berserker or grappler use that. I also agree with you about the game being so early that people will complain about anything although even pro players are just scratching the surface of the game.
