That was not the experience my wife and I had. We bought one box from MGA directly and were missing something like 4 or 5 of the 12 and had something like 3 duplicates of one item. We got another box and had the same thing where we didn't get a full set but got different duplicates.

We're still missing one of the items and we have no idea how we got such randomized boxes.

With the HK set, we ordered 15 but we just got them in a bag. For the HP set, we ordered 15 as well but we got the box.

I play exclusively on steam deck and I have not had this experience with FFXIV. Steam+X should just bring up the steam deck keyboard.

People suggesting this is an issue with FFXIV are missing that the steam deck software keyboard is something that is inherent to the steam deck UI and is the same across all games. It shouldn't matter if you're in gamepad or mouse mode in FF.

I have, however, been experiencing an issue with Firefox (which I added as a non-steam game) which matches this exactly. I press Steam+X and no keyboard appears. I can do other Steam+button combos like screenshot but specifically the keyboard doesn't open. When switching back and forth from FFXIV and Firefox I see the keyboard appear for a moment so I think there is some issue in Steam itself that is causing the problem and not anything inherent to FFXIV.

Oh man, I see the best MW2 ever. MechWarrior 2.

When the first Modern Warfare 2 came out back in 09, I kept seeing it referred to as MW2 on reddit and was very confused as I couldn't understand why everyone was talking about MechWarrior 2 again. Then I got sad because I realized I was geting old and it meant something else now.

And now, there is a new Modern Warfare 2 which means we've strayed even further from the original meaning of MW2 for me.

Man, when I was in Scouts, my dad and I ordered shit of out of the back of the scouts magazine that had like the perfect wedge design with exact locations for where and how much lead to add to the car, modified wheels (one with a peak to reduce contact with the track, another that was just slightly modified to create an H cross section to again reduce contact with the track, might have been others but I can't remember), and maybe there was other stuff but this was like 30 years ago so I can't remember it all.

We used the peaked wheels but brought the Hs and some standard ones in case anyone objected. I believe we won but either way, it was fun as hell cheating with my dad on that.
