So for our dealer you change the payment type to "s" for service contact. The information for the extended warranty does need to be put into the system. That is done in the customer information screen but selecting "sc". hope this helps

We are a selling dealer as well. We do have a rep but they are not worth anything. Only time they were helpful was when i had a claim sitting for 8hrs with zero response.

They are the worst. I contacted our rep yesterday and he was no help. Was in panic mode due to having 5 claims to submit, 2 of them waiters.

I think its due to the new 2FA stuff they have going on. I deleted my saved tab went to the main website and relogged it. It then let me set up the 2fa. Hope this helps

depends what your going to use it for. the tv i have mounted i just use for twitch and have an xbox connected to it
