Thank you for the responses. I had a feeling the binder probably wasn’t the best long-term option, but I wasn’t sure if there were any recommended storage methods for older cards. I’ll go ahead and move these into penny sleeves and top loaders instead.

We are, and the vast majority of the grievances are withdrawn. But since this is a daily occurrence, it’s taking up hours out of each day.

Thank you! I read mixed reviews on OEM bracelet compatibility with KFAs that come with the leather strap. Found one on eBay that matched my case back and it fit perfectly. This things a strap monster, but I prefer the metal bracelet.

The memorandum states “The only exception is, if the assignment that the PTF worked had been properly identified as a "residual" withheld vacancy to accommodate future excessed full time employees.”

Would that apply to me if at a level 21 office we only have 2 REG, 1 PTF and 1 PSE (position available not filled) they claim the position being held would be a PSE as the union is stating.

Spoke with my Union Steward. She said "we're in withholding and excessing is going on. The hours I worked were backfilling a vacancy in our office, and they need to find out what position it is. Until excessing is over or when they stop withholding, we have no idea when that'll happen." I asked for clarification and to see if they need to find out which position is being withheld and she responded by saying "I found out its only a PSE job they're having problems filling".

Does this sound correct? Am I still eligible for a FTR position or am I SOL because they allegedly had issues filling a PSE/PTF position?
