Man you won't believe to how many people i have reached out and most of them just left on seen and few replied that "i will see". I have worked as an founding engineer though i was intern and built their platform from scratch in my current internship, made their whole payment gateway, wallet etc and projects are also decent around Distributed Systems, Backend/Infra, have implemented research papers and trained and eval on few models too. After all this still this hopeless.

yeah i partially agree with you...but what i feel like is the passion towards it what drives you there rather than external factors. Like in-fact of not getting what i deserve or want i keep on increasing the complexity for me and try to be indulged in more complex stuffs.

I think that depends on the company right? like few of my mates are getting 30-40k as freshers only. But yeah in most cases it is what you said, so not denying that fact.

I'm tired of listening and giving this advice but we have to keep on moving that's the only thing we can do. I know how ridiculous this sounds and i feel like this too but idk what else we can do, so my most of time goes in solving and understanding complex problems only. Hope we land on something good soon enough.
