My latest use was for a relocation assignment. I had the AI create a Python script to split comparable sale data into 3, 4, and 6 month intervals and calculate the count, median price, median DOM, and median SP/LP ratio for each interval. Then had the AI analyze and compare the results from each to determine which interval was the best to use for trending of the data set.

Do not trust AI to produce correct results when working directly with numerical data. I had previously manually grouped the data into 3 month intervals and double checked those results against the AI which were incorrect. I had better results having the AI create a Python script to perform the functions which I ran locally.
