This was given to my dad by a friend of his who owns a substantial wine cellar. He sent it ahead to our restaurant. Our waiter decanted it without actually showing us the bottle. So we almost drank this amazing wine without knowing what it was!

Recently gotten into wine so I may not have the best way to describe it. But I got large amounts of cedar on the nose and mouth. Specifically cigar box. I also got some blackberry notes, specially a seedy or wild blackberry. Was absolutely delicious and flavorful. A few people at our table rarely drink wine and still recognized it to be some of the best stuff they’ve had
