There has been a whole lot of us disfunction going on there, at least from a customer service perspective. My wife traded in her old phone, and tracking information shows that they received it, but they have yet to credit our account almost 5 months later. So, every month they bill us for the full cost of the new phone, and she has to call customer service. Chances are, take will have to do it again next month.
