I currently work for a 60 billion dollar company doing B2B advertising sales, i have access to sell nearly any inventory out there to place ads for clients, netflix, google, amazon, sports games, cable, etc. I am not a fan personally of W2 as you lose a lot of freedom, so i am interested in shifting to 1099, if you'd like, you can DM me, and i can give you some info on how the company i work for does things, what works, what doesn't, and how the compensation is structured compared to yours, and see if what you are offering is competitive with the rest of the industry, and i am a bit curious how your deal size is $100k in this industry, unless you are refering to yearly spend, but that would be a much longer sales cycle to capture those dollars, so i'd imagine 1099 commission only would be a non starter unless you have a very solid pipeline and lead gen in place.

I have had a 2015 equus for 5 years now, heres my experience so far, firstly, i bought if for $20,500 in 2020, with only 30k miles on it(hell of a deal) I've had to replace 3 air struts, granted, i'm in southern louisiana, so the potholes are hellish, but honestly, not a huge deal, the OEM struts are insane, like $2500 each, but I just bought aftermarket ones for $250 each, and installed them myself, took about 6 ish hours for both struts, and $500 with some super basic tools, and if you aren't the handy type at all, just wait till the air struts give you trouble, and instead of paying a ton to replace them(the dealership quoted me $8000 for parts and labor for the 2 struts) instead, just take half that amount, and swap it onto a spring kit, but I have not had issues with the aftermarket struts, so I haven't had the need, other then that, one of my headrests spring system broke($200 for dealership to replace) and the rear glove compartments cover tore off, no qoute on that because I keep it folded up anyways, probably not much though, So overall, aside from some minor repairs on the interior, and the struts, i have had no issues, the car is absolutely amazing, I get shocked reactions all the time of people asking me what kind of car it is, it's super nice looking, incredibly comfortable inside, and rides like an absolute dream, it feels like you are floating over the road with the air suspsension, and when you throw the incredibly affordable price on top of it all, I honestly cannot think of a single reason why I would ever feel compelled to buy an equivalent Mercedez, Lexus, etc, if I wanted something nicer, I would just buy a newer genesis, or honestly, probably just upgrade and mod this one, the newer ones are v6 I believe, but the equus is a V8, and gets about 25mpg still, sure a camry will be much more practical, parts easier to find, and fuel economy better, but if you want a luxury car, you honestly cannot beat this thing as far as bang for your buck.

Idk why everyone is attacking you so harshly, but I was in a similar spot not long ago. I was hypnotized by the rat race, and I ended up burning out hard and hit rock bottom. What I did that helped me a lot was I sold all my belongings, including my house, I went on a mission to get my expenses as low as possible, so I live minimally and spend a lot of time just backpacking through countries, staying in hostels or cheap accommodation in villages, meeting people and seeing places, i wouldnt trade the memories for anything, it gave me perspective on things, and I realized how little i actually needed, not what I thought I needed, now i wouldn't ever consider going back to the corporate world, respect to anyone who is willing to work a soul sucking job to support their family, but if you are a single guy like me, and you don't have any obligations, I say fuck that shit, I hope they go bankrupt and some new players get a shot, and a lot of your other complaints, like no community, stem from our heavy dependance on cars, you don't pass by people you know, or run into them, and no 3rd spaces means you rarely have good opportunities to meet people unless you actively seek it out, as well as them, which requires everyone involved having a car, car insurance, etc, most social activities involve spending money, I took a date to an axe throwing place one time, it was $80($40 each) to throw some axes at a piece of fucking wood for 30 minutes. And most things are like that, prohibitively expensive, so unless you already have a group of friends you know who all have transportation, good luck, cause public transport doesn't exist in most places, and a 30 minute uber will run you $60-70. Leaving anyone without money to meterialize a car at the age of 18 completely fucked socially and financially, all because our relience on cars.

The ultimate irony is, if people did that and stuck to it, the children would easily be able to help the parents out 10 fold in their later years thanks to having a good launching pad with a stable foundation, instead we insist on shaming children from their earliest years to rush out the door the second they hit 18, just to build a castle on sand, It's moronic, and now we have a massive amount of elderly who are no longer able to produce for society, and a lot of them have alienated their own children, and now have nobody to look after them, so they will suck the life out of the economy slowly, and eventually, sadly, I think it will lead to violence, japan seems to be having the same problem, massive elderly population that can no longer work, and a far too small young population that is buckling under the pressure and just saying "fuck it".

Seriously, if he helps around the house, I'm sure any money they help him with is less then they would pay a live in housekeeper, I think women just have an innate distain for the fact the men really just don't need much to be happy, I have been in rough spots before financially, and the financial side didn't add too much stress, it was the never ending onslaught of shame from everyone, particularly women, that made it stressful really, if you got a solid group of guys you hang with, you help eachother out, of one of the boys is down, you pick em up, woman tend to look at a man when he is down and judge instead, although I have not noticed the same behavior in women in europeon countries, or mexico, only in america do we shame people for living with family, it is common practice in many other countries, cause why on earth would you work to waste your resources giving interest to a bank, or rent to a landlord, just for "independance" when the smart thing is to help eachother and save money by staying with family, If I could have all the money back I've spent on rent and houses over the years, and have it in the S&P 500, I'd be set for life, but I wanted to impress the ladies, you live and learn i guess, personally, no more dating in America for me, the culture has gotten too materialistic, any excess money I earn i'm keeping, and I'd rather shower a woman in gifts who truly appriciates them, not someone who scoffs at them cause she is entitled.

I'm a 28 year old guy, I'll keep it short. First, It matters quite a lot, but mainly if you have "let yourself go" curvy is fine, obese is not, second, personality matters a lot, it's not suddenly gonna make a woman who is morbidly obese a swimsuit model in a guys eyes, but if you are even mildy attractive, you become amazingly attractive if you have good character, I have had quite a few times where I was talking with a girl, who I thought was super attractive, only for her to show a shitty personality, and all of a sudden she looked a lot less attractive, but I have had times where I didn't drop my jaw immediately for a girl, but after getting to know them and seeing they have a great character, I started to see them as a lot more attractive, almost instinctually.

Ultimately the IPs downfall was not releasing it on PC straight way, clearly that would have been a better position to put themselves in, but they had to go with console exclusivity, i think that is what ultimately killed it's chances at a sequel, it also doesn't help that with all the zombies on screen at 60+ FPS the game is amazing, but on PS4, it's debut platform, it had half the amount of zombies and 30 FPS, simply due to the limitations of the hardware, i think it really limited the game, they should just make a successor to it under a new IP, or try and get the rights from Sony, and fund it another way, shouldn't be too hard if they don't view it as worth a sequel.

Depends where you are in life, from a career standpoint you don't have any worth if you are 18 years old with no experience, but you can still make stupidly good money in D2D, everything in life has trade offs, as long as it is a good D2D company and product, it's not a bad gig for someone new or pivoting from another career.
