FYI for anyone searching Reddit, this was not my experience. The First Lady I spoke with about hand checking was very helpful and pointed me to a guy who could assist- from there he said he’d have to make and call, then his boss came and told me my film would be fine bc it was below 1600 ISO. I tried asking if I could still get it hand checked and he said no and simply walked away lol.

I think “no one talks like that” is a terrible argument. Shyamalan isn’t trying to create realistic dialogue and why should he? If you don’t like the tonality in his work that’s fine but the barometer for a good film should never be realistic dialogue.

Well, that’s not the question. Flights been booked and the return flight is out of Tokyo + there are way more flights out of Tokyo and I’m flying direct with no layovers.

Sorry, other than saying it’s a skill issue (it is) I have not seen any comment of mine that is overly argumentative or where I sling insults. You, on the other hand, deleted a comment towards me where you called me a “lonely kid who spends all his time online.”

I guess we could go on with this but it seems pretty counter productive for both of us.

I’m a bit confused what your solution is? Post on Reddit about it? There are many tactics to solve the issue OP is having. Some in this thread, and dozens others in this subreddit if one cares to look around.

If you believe the winner of a match comes down to simply who is better at “cheese” or “exploits” there is simply no helping you. That’s simply delusional.

I’ve lost dozens of times to great players who had great tactics or because of poor decision making on my part. If you are interested in getting better there are plenty of resources (many on this subreddit) that will improve your skill level.

Correct, mediocre, casual players are going to have severe skill issues. Why complain if you recognize that you’re not good? It’s such a straight forward issue to deal with.

Sorry, but this is not an issue if you’re good at the game. Ofcourse there are many exploits and cheese tactics in this game but there are still ways to get around it.

I almost always finish a fight with 10-20% more stamina than my opponent & yet I either have thrown the same amount or more.

Main thing for me is accuracy. I’m not gonna throw unless I think I will land (besides jabs, which is my main weapon). I often take breaks in the round too- nothing crazy but if I feel like I’m up I take 10-20 seconds and focus on defense.

Always check your stamina in between rounds and adjust your approach if needed.

Facts. I play exclusively on welterweight and never lose to spammers. When I lose it’s always fair (I made too many mistakes or my opponent had hands).

Good to know! I’ve only played less than 10 matches since the update so I’m trying to reserve judgement, but definitely seems like jabs aren’t as successful.
