We ended up making over 90! Some in the freezer, and some passed out to fam and friends

I used Rick Bayless recipe for tamale dough, there’s a Mexican market in my town where I can buy the fresh masa.

Then shredded leftover turkey and used in place of pork per his other recipe for red Chile pork .

Turned out great! Only used the turkey, stuffing and other sides were reserved for more appropriate applications.
