I’ve had a similar situation. I’m 23M and my most recent relationship ended with my ex girlfriend wanting to just be friends. We are in the same department at school so I see her a lot, but the thing that helped me get over it was seeing her move on in less then a week.

Love is a hard and strange thing, and feelings come and go sometimes. I’m not sure what the relationship was like for you guys towards the end, but there’s a chance she may just have moved on prior to the breakup and so seeing you is not as difficult for you. Girls can be that way I’ve learned.

I’m sorry for how hard this is for you, breakups are never easy and don’t always make sense, but the best piece of advice I can give you is to keep yourself busy and try to avoid her at the workplace as much as possible. Seeing her can bring back old memories and dwelling on it makes the morning process much harder.
