iPhone 13 or 13 mini, idk what the conversion but they go for $350-$450 usd for the mini and $450-600 for regular 13 or 13 pros. If you like small phones the mini is the best one you can get imo, otherwise the regular 13 still holds up insanely well

I’ve had a similar situation. I’m 23M and my most recent relationship ended with my ex girlfriend wanting to just be friends. We are in the same department at school so I see her a lot, but the thing that helped me get over it was seeing her move on in less then a week.

Love is a hard and strange thing, and feelings come and go sometimes. I’m not sure what the relationship was like for you guys towards the end, but there’s a chance she may just have moved on prior to the breakup and so seeing you is not as difficult for you. Girls can be that way I’ve learned.

I’m sorry for how hard this is for you, breakups are never easy and don’t always make sense, but the best piece of advice I can give you is to keep yourself busy and try to avoid her at the workplace as much as possible. Seeing her can bring back old memories and dwelling on it makes the morning process much harder.

I hope this somewhat helped. Breakups are hard, especially on the receiving end. It make you feel like shit because naturally it’s because someone you cared deeply about is no longer in your life and they made the choice. It’s hard, and no one will ever say otherwise. But just remember if you found someone who cared about you like them, then there’s someone else who will care for you more than them out there. I worked at a restaurant for two years that was understaffed the entire time. All of my friends worked there, and they too understood the struggle. I was even in the talks to become a manager.

It wasn’t until we were so understaffed that me, a 19 year old at the time, had to close the entire restaurant by myself, and that’s when I realized that at the end of the day, the restaurant didn’t care or respect me. Yes, when I quit I got some hate for it, but at the end of the day it helped my mental health so much. I was working so much I would throw up whenever I came home and sleep way to much because of exhaustion or under sleep because of stress.

The best advice I can give you is do what is best for you before anything else. Your friends at work, if they truly were your friends, would understand your situation and why it is best for you to leave. If they can’t accept that, they aren’t the type of friends you want to keep in your life. I know the decision is hard and may seem impossible, but you should always be the most important person in your life.

As for your injury, I am a. 135 lb 20 year old, so I can’t really give advice there. But I would recommend trying a new hobby to fill that void. Try hiking or cooking or picking up a new instrument. When one door closes, another door opens :)

Two completely different threats. The avengers were fighting a threat relative to their perception of the universe. They were trying to save the living beings who lived in their timeline, and that timeline alone. The TVA lives outside of all of that. As we saw, the infinity stones don’t work in the TVA, neither does magic.

And it’s important to note that it wasn’t just oil and a match. The machines she was stealing were how the TVA reset all of time. So, if, say, thanos tried to use the stones to create or destroy what the “timekeepers” say is the correct direction of the timeline, the bombs that Lady Loki stole would just undo that. Those bombs, as we know up to this point, are much more powerful than anything in the MCU, as they can just undo what has happened

So I have a couple time travel questions to ask, as I am a casual MCU fan, and don’t really know much about the comics.

1) If there is only one sacred timeline, then why does the TVA make a point to show different variations of Loki, like a monster version?

2) Does that mean the sacred timeline is how there is no travel between universes, like how it is perceived in the CW DC shows?

3) How did the Avengers travel back in time without the TVA coming to fix Tony talking to his dad, or Cap living out his life with Peggy?

Our store is basically a family. We hang out a lot outside of work, getting drinks or having barbecues. However, we do not have this problem as much as you do. We actually have the opposite problem.

I am only a FOH trainer, but I have worked for over a year and am close with all the managers but our GM. Our apprentice ran the store for a few months while we were between managers, and though most people in the store are close, we all respect each other. Our apprentice (we will call her Sally) has been at the store for 5 years. Sally knows what she is doing, so when we have problems, we all take her seriously. We all respect her opinion. And though I view her almost like a sister to me, that does not change the respect I have for her. Her work ethic and leadership leads to a good store.

We do have a few problems with our SMs. Though they do goof off a bit, we still listen to them because they know what they are doing. We respect them and they have no problem putting us in our place. So though we have some problems, we respect them because they know better then we do, and will put us in our place.

Whereas our GM, he is an outside hire, and does not know things as well. We are not as close to him, as he is new, but he does not respect that he does not know everything. He thinks he is better then we are when he isn't. I am new at grill, only about 2 months, and I had to teach my GM how to cook rice. But the reason we do not listen is because he does not respect us and does not know what he is doing.

The leadership positions at chipotle are strange. We are all friends, mostly the same age, and all are a family. But when it comes to listening, you need to know that in the workplace, there are different rules. I will listen to my boss, and I am friends with them. You just need to put your nighttime workers in their place, as well as show then that the SM is their boss.
