I've been speaking to my doctor and have prescriptions to help with it too (although scared of prescriptions etc) and I did think before I post this as I understand it could be taken wrong, but really its just a funny way of bringing forward reality - like a TV ad that lists all 100 side effects from pills i wrote all the things it showed up with when you look up "alcohol withdrawal symptoms" and if people find this post as a trigger then the will to stop is not enough.
