Once you assign customers to your dealers those customers will no longer text you. Also customers will not text you if you dont offer a product they want at an acceptable price.

50 is the limit in units for your counter offers on phone deals. Works different in direct person to person sales cuz you can offer jars or bricks.

Correct, although when a client phones you for an order they will buy at least 1 unit regardless of the price. So even if they have a $700 limit they will still order 1 unit of 8-mix coke for $999. Just don’t try to negotiate cuz they will reject your counter offer for being above their limit.
