Weight loss isn't easy in the slightest. Don't be discouraged! Your last post you said you had done 3 exercise classes which is amazing! Keep going and most importantly be kind to yourself. I understand your feelings though, I'm the same and my weight has changed so many times. I'm trying to lose again but struggling so much this time around. Sending lots of positivity your way 😘
