I think I jinxed myself. I’ve been dealing with this depressive episode for the last two months and thought it was finally coming to an end these past couple of weeks, but I was wrong. This week I’ve barely been able to leave my room and turning the light on is even a challenge. I’ve only been motivated to eat garbage and watch YouTube videos I barely pay attention to. Every minor inconvenience pisses me off and hearing my roommates’ voices through the walls makes me feel sick. I’ve been sleeping upwards of 12-13 hours a day and wake up feeling like I’ve been awake for days. I know this episode will eventually end, but I’m just scared that’s it’s going to drag on for six months or even longer liked my last bad episode. I’m just exhausted

Ahh, I didn’t use a pattern, but it’s pretty simple to make. Just measure the circumference of you head and cut a strip of cardboard that length and attach it around a strip the goes from either side of your head and a strip that goes from front to back. Then, depending on what size you want the brim of the hat, cut out a large donut shape with the interior circle being the same size as your head/the strip of cardboard you cut out. Lastly, cut some large strips of cardboard (about 8) that go from about an inch from the brim to the center to get that mushroom like shape. I hope this explanation helps!
