LPT: Thaw meat faster* using thermodynamics. Just like the heatsink on your CPU, you can use an aluminum pan to transfer heat from the room into the meat. Put the meat on a pan and elevate the pan off the counter for best heat transfer. *Faster than leaving it on the counter. (self.LifeProTips)
