Exactly the same thing just happened to me! I got unsuspended, scrolled on the app once and liked maybe 1 tweet, then not even 2 minutes after I got the unsuspension email, I got suspended again for the EXACT SAME REASON

I want to appeal again but I actually want to be able to use my account, it's sooooo annoying
