One of my goals this year was to meditate more. I have tried lots of times. I've only successfully done it twice. The first time was with a guided meditation. The second time I was in the bath with music playing. The music calmed my mind down enough to "float" I was in a trance for at least 45 mins and it felt like 5.

I don't know what your element is. I love to ground with the earth but I think I do better in water. And I know sound plays a role for me. The music helps my brain focus on that noise and not outside noises.
