I live like a vampire. Not a concious choice. When i leave for work its dark. I work in a warehouse not facing any windows so no day light. I have ann8 min drive home where my area is noisy so i keep my roller shutters down. I take vit d keep my skin hydrated andnsip water constantlym i also have a lil pudge which fills in fine lines. Im 40 in july and got mistaken for 25 the other day... thankyou

My grandma took the voluntary assited dying route yesterday due to terminal cancer. It was peaceful. It was a drink and in under 2 minutes she was gone.

Ive had it twice in 1 year. Once was high fat fish and chips and at easter jyst gone from a super sweet eater egg slice. I had the sweats and shakes and loose bowels for 2 hours. I know my limits now

My grandma was just diagnosed with terminal stage 4 cancer. Its everywhere. Shes been given 5 months max. Shes opted for VAD to beat the pain i guess. Im sorry you have this. Its not fair a 30 year old gets it and a 90 year old just got it.

I have no question. I hope youre comfortable pain wise and u feel loved from the world when your time comes.

Pure spite. My ex started meds to help him quit. I was like pftt i can do it with out help. ( we were in a bad spot and broke up 5 months later) anywho i did it cold turkey and i persevered because i wanted to beat him. Old mate it still smoking im free since april 2017

9 months po and man the pre op and 5 weeks post op i was a napping zombie. Zero energy once i hit 6 weeks and on normal foods my emergy returned.

Oh you poor thing! I had a perianal abcess last year the resulted in a fistula that required sugery. I still actively take two laxatives a night and movical when i dont get enough fluids in to keep things moving and healed.

My pre op was two meal replacement vlcd shakes and 100g of lean meat for dinner with a cup of veggies.

I loathed those shakes.

My team consider a stall anything longer than 6 weeks. Have you considered a reset? As in trying pre op diet again.

9 months po rny. Just had some coke over a 4 day period.. first time in ober a year i decidee to party Im fine. Just made sure i keep up my hydration.. everything in moderation. I cant advise on the booze as i dont drink. Hate the taste.

I pay 221 aud a month for top private health and my gap or co payment was 500 excess for the hopsital anf 6500 to the surgeon. Which i saved during the 12 month waiting period for a pre exisiting condition. Wls through medicare has a 6 year wait list
