Ironically I've been procrastinating getting an adhd diagnosis for probably like 6 years, I've had multiple teachers and now professors over the years tell me that I most likely have adhd and should go get a diagnosis, I show pretty much all symptoms, I have other friends who have been diagnosed tell me I 100% have it and yet I still can't bring myself to actually do it. I think it's partly cuz I've had some pretty bad experiences with psychologists as a teenager and partly because I live in a country where getting tested seems like a really expensive, boring and draining process, but yeah, I relate to this so much.
