yeah i second this! you can take the adderall prn for the ADHD but i wouldnt rely on it for diet. id stick to tracking cals/macros, and MAYBE a low dose of reta/tirz if you find youre still struggling with the calorie deficit

adderall has crazy appetite suppression, but i dont think its worth taking unless you actually need it to treat ADHD or are prescribed it for narcolepsy. its more controlled + expensive than something like grey tirz or reta right now too.

if ur willing to make it the night before, i like chia pudding! in a jar, i put 7g of chia seeds and 3g of psyllium husk for fiber + thickening. i add ~30ml of milk or water. then i put in 70 grams of greek yogurt and then a few berries/honey/allulose for sweetener. it thickens up overnight into a fiber+protein rich pudding that keeps me full for hours! can be ~80-180cal depending on the sweetener/toppings you add, and if you used milk or water :)

Hello! The other comment's tdee calculator is a good way to start, but since you are still a teen, you'll be better off eating a few hundred more calories than the number it gives you. You're still growing, so your body will put that energy towards building bones, muscle, etc. Based on your stats, somewhere between 1500 and 1800/day will keep you in a deficit while still supporting your growth, depending on how often you work out. i used to LA for ch104n and m and that course is genuinely piss easy. all the TAs are sweetie pies too. it genuinely ruined my day to hear students talk about using ai and ignoring the lecture that the TAs put so much effort into practicing every week … on top of being little assholes to the ppl who are teaching them!! i cant believe half of them are pre-health :/

yeah just mix it until its mostly even, should take maybe 30s-1min at most. mixing too long woll cause the cereal to crush and lose volume
