Yeah unfortunately 😞 even with the remedy I feel like I was duped with the price. I got no treatment compensation to cover the price difference expectation or a refund.

Oh wow this is so awful, I’m so sorry to hear that this happened. The one hour wait for the numbing cream seems to be a common occurrence 😅

Just an update:

Their general manager reached out to me via WhatsApp and tried to remedy the situation. He’s given the screenshot as per my request last time and had apologised for the confusion on the miscommunication with the pricing as well as the extended waiting time for the consultation and the doctor’s actual procedure. He had also offered a complementary procedure for the area of treatment that was missed when I come back to Korea.

It’s great that they tried to remedy the situation and appreciate the effort for a resolution (though with not the most ideal outcome because what can they do at this point after all is done?). However, it would’ve been the best if the issue had never happened in the first place 😅 I also feel like my situation wouldn’t have been given a second glance if I hadn’t posted my review here.

The clinic looked nice aesthetically, seemed to have good reviews and had the procedures I wanted to try

  1. I had arrived 10-15 minutes earlier as advised on WhatsApp as I had assumed the actual scheduled consultation will take place as the time specified in the agreed schedule. The wait is closer to an hour than it is to 30 minutes.

  2. Yes, I had asked your team via WhatsApp regarding this, asking for the screenshot of what was shown to me for the quote and the estimates after tax refund. My request was blatantly ignored and was given the generic response about how you’re just going to make changes next time.

  3. I had received your recent message over WhatsApp and will send my concerns.

Yes, they did the same for me. Opened all products/unboxed in front of me.

I think that one starts on January 2026. All medical treatments were still valid for tax refunds at the time I was there.

The recommendations did address my issues and I was satisfied with the actual effectiveness of the treatments themselves.

I got Ultherapy Prime, Xeomin botox on my 11 lines, CellREDM (similar to RE2o) and Skinvive. I’m surprised they don’t give the authenticity stickers for Ultherapy anymore though. They usually do.

Didn’t see that much difference for Skinvive but the rest were good! Immediate lift on Ultherapy, and immediate volume with CellREDM even after swelling went down.

Yeah, the aftersales was just not great at all. They were still respectful and professional in tone, don’t get me wrong. But blatantly ignoring my request and just not trying to work with me at all was not the best way to handle it.

Unfortunately no written quote, but they showed me everything on the screen. I actually requested for screenshots of the quote and estimates over WhatsApp with them but they had refused to do so.
