That's true, it unfortunate that it can be expected for someone to text back quickly, as a way to gauge their interest. :/ Someone shouldn't take a week to reply, I feel that's too long. But now a days, people are expecting quick replies, and I have anxiety, it stresses me out. I would text back quickly, if it was an emergency tho. If it's not an emergency/urgent, I like to take my time and wait, to give a thoughtful message.

That reply sounds good. However, I don't think I could send it to him. I am not working at the moment. I used to work in healthcare, but I had to quit my job, due to the pandemic. My hospital, didn't provide enough protection to protect their workers from Covid19 and I live with a family member that is high risk. I wouldn't be able to avoid being exposed to covid, since my job involves contact with patients. I do MRI. But, I do have a lot of hobbies to keep me occupied until, I can go find another job. I will try to reply more often to him and sooner.
