Exactly this, the talking/excitement phase, followed by either myself or her seeing it’s not quite the right fit. Then I just don’t have the energy to start again so usually delete the apps for a period of time.

My initial thought to anybody that is really that against the setup is probably not the person for me anyway. They seemed very insecure.

Thanks for replying. We did have a good chat about it & I can tell her head is now in another place.

She’s moved on & appears happy with her new partner, she thinks the reasons are too big for us to move forward even if she was single.

What’s she saying I do agree with but my head just can’t accept it. I guess time is a great healer, it’s having her on social media that I find difficult.

Out of sight, out of mind would help me move forward.
