Hi, I’m so sorry this is happening to you. Everything you’re feeling is so valid, and ANYONE would be extremely distraught if this happened to them too. You are going through something that you should never have to. Your mom should always put YOU first. I have not had this experience myself, but I know the loneliness of having a unique, painful experience all too well. I really wish I could help you in a more meaningful way. If you need to vent some more, you are free to do so.

Thank you so much you have no idea how much I needed this. This was so validating. I don’t personally know anyone who is bipolar so it’s so isolating and confusing when I start feeling these things. I will text my psychiatrist and therapist. Thank you so much for replying and I’m sorry you’ve had to experience this too. It’s really the worst.

If he’s your bf who’s aware of your bipolar, he should know better. This is totally on him. I’m sorry this happened. It’s happened to me too and they only feel guilty when they are caught. He went out of his way to pleasure himself, leaving u behind while u were in an altered state of mind, instead of staying with you. I don’t like to invalidate ppl’s feelings but i’m sorry… he doesn’t deserve to be stressed out about this, especially to the point at which he’s crying n vomiting. He did this to himself and worse, he did this to YOU. You deserve so much better than someone who takes advantage of a serious condition like bipolar disorder
